Whether you need a berth while waiting for repairs, bad weather cover, or short-term storage between trips, our yard provides a practical place to keep your craft safe and ready for the water.

Short-Term Boat Storage

Our yard provides temporary berths for small boats up to around 6 metres, with space available for:

• Small motorboats

• Dinghies and tenders

• RIBs

• Small fishing boats

• Launch boats

Berths can be arranged for:

• A few days

• A few weeks

• Seasonal overflow

This makes it ideal if you need somewhere reliable while sorting longer-term arrangements.

Waterside Yard Location

Saviour Watersports is based at Little Avon Marina in Christchurch, where the River Avon reaches the River Stour.

Our yard sits just behind Two Riversmeet Leisure Centre, with direct access to Christchurch Harbour.

This makes it convenient for boat owners across:

Emergency Berthing

If you suddenly need somewhere safe to leave your boat, we may be able to help.

We regularly assist boat owners who need urgent short-term berthing, for example:

• Boat trailer issues

• Engine problems

• Weather-related problems

• Marina space delays

• Temporary relocation

• Waiting for repair work

If space is available we can normally arrange quick access to a temporary berth.

  • A project

    This was a job for Rodella Ribs, who brought us in to complete a full fibreglass bow repair. The damage required major structural work, and because the boat is coded, the repair was inspected and signed off by the safety officer. The project was finished in a high-gloss blue gelcoat to match the original finish.

  • Fibreglass repairs

    We complete GRP Repairs , from small improvements/repairs to complete bow rebuilds - we can use polyester or epoxy systems for your repair.

  • Cleaning

    Buffing/cleaning/detailing - from our boatshed we have the perfect place for this - we like to pre wash, snowfoam, buff & wax.

  • Structural Repairs

    We have a wealth of experience in this field, working with small craft up to 155' and travelling the world repairing.
