The Boat Shed is back.

After years of sitting unused, we’ve fully serviced and brought the space back into active marine use. It now runs with full power, dry undercover working areas, and our own purpose-built trolley and pulley haul-out system.

We primarily work with boats arriving by water, but can also accommodate vessels delivered on trailers where required. The facility is suited to boats up to 25ft.

The shed is set up so we can carry out fibreglass (GRP) and gelcoat repairs in-house, while also allowing other specialist trades to work alongside us when a project needs it — whether that’s engineering, electrics, paint, or fit-out.

Our haul-out system allows boats to be safely lifted and positioned for:

Boat Repairs

We offer professional boat repairs in Christchurch, Dorset, covering all GRP, fibreglass and gelcoat work. Our workshop handles structural repairs, osmosis treatment, antifouling, buffing, machine polishing, waxing and hull preparation. Using our unique trolley haul-out system, we can safely bring your boat ashore and undercover for repair, or simply haul it out so you can work on it yourself.

We also support engineering, electrical, upholstery, tube repairs and refits, using trusted local tradespeople or your own preferred contractors. Located at Little Avon Marina, we provide reliable, high-quality boat repairs and yard services for boats up to 25 feet.

  • A project

    This was a job for Rodella Ribs, who brought us in to complete a full fibreglass bow repair. The damage required major structural work, and because the boat is coded, the repair was inspected and signed off by the safety officer. The project was finished in a high-gloss blue gelcoat to match the original finish.

  • Fibreglass repairs

    We complete GRP Repairs , from small improvements/repairs to complete bow rebuilds - we can use polyester or epoxy systems for your repair.

  • Cleaning

    Buffing/cleaning/detailing - from our boatshed we have the perfect place for this - we like to pre wash, snowfoam, buff & wax.

  • Structural Repairs

    We have a wealth of experience in this field, working with small craft up to 155' and travelling the world repairing.
