Surfboard Repairs Christchurch & Bournemouth | Saviour Board House

From a small ding to major structural damage, we repair hard boards of all sizes. Whether it’s a surfboard, longboard, rigid SUP, foil board or kiteboard, send us photos of the damage on WhatsApp for an initial quote. Once agreed, you can drop your board at our surf shop in Tuckton, Bournemouth, ready for repair at our Christchurch workshop.

With years of hands-on fibreglass and composite experience, we work to restore your board’s strength and get it back on the water. Send a close-up of the damage and a photo of the whole board so we can advise you accurately. We’ll confirm the final repair price after inspecting it in person.

Boards We Repair

We repair hard boards of all sizes, including shortboards, longboards, rigid stand-up paddleboards, foil boards, surf-ski and kiteboards. Whether your board is fibreglass, epoxy or carbon, send us photos of the damage and we’ll advise on the repair.

We do not repair inflatable boards.

Common Board Repairs

We repair dings and punctures, cracked rails, damaged noses and tails, delamination and snapped boards. We also replace or repair fin boxes and leash plugs, carry out carbon repairs and rebuild damaged foil tracks.

Damage can extend beyond what’s visible on the surface. Send us close-up photos on WhatsApp for an initial quote; we’ll confirm the work and final price after inspecting your board.

Repairing & caring since 2005.

Saviour has been involved in watersports since he was ten, starting with canoeing and bodyboarding. Today, he mainly races stand-up paddleboards, but gets out on a surf SUP or a regular surfboard whenever running the businesses and family life allow. He’s also learning to foil and has competed in outrigger canoe races.

Known locally for board repairs since 2014, Saviour understands the equipment from both sides of the workshop: as someone who repairs boards and someone who uses them. That experience shapes the care he puts into every repair.

Board Repair Prices

Board repairs start from £35. Every board and every repair is different, so we quote individually rather than using a fixed price list. The cost depends on the size and depth of the damage, the board’s construction, the materials needed and the finish required.

Polyurethane (PU) board repairs are generally lower in cost than epoxy repairs because the materials and turnaround times differ. Send us photos on WhatsApp for an initial estimate. Once we’ve inspected your board in person, we’ll confirm the repair and final price before starting work.

How It Works

1. Send us photos. WhatsApp a close-up of the damage and a photo of the whole board to 07365 581188. We’ll give you initial advice and a guide quote.

2. We book you in which usually in the next week or so, if you need it sooner we can fast track this for extra cost.

3. Drop off your board. We’ll confirm where to bring it when arranging your repair. Boards under 9 ft can usually be dropped off at our surf shop in Tuckton, Bournemouth. Boards 9 ft and over generally go directly to our workshop in Christchurch. Please drop your board off during the week before your scheduled repair week, unless we arrange otherwise with you.

4. Assessment and repair. We’ll inspect the board in person and confirm the price before carrying out the repair at our Christchurch workshop.

5. Collect your board. We’ll contact you when the repair has cured and your board is ready.

Experienced Fibreglass & Composite Repairs

We’ve spent years working with fibreglass and composite materials, repairing everything from everyday surfboard dings to damaged carbon boards and structural foil tracks. Each board is assessed for damage beneath the surface, with the repair planned around its construction and how it will be used.

Repairing & caring since 2005.

Saviour spent a decade at Sunseeker, building and repairing yachts from 40-foot models right up to the flagship project: Eddie Jordan’s 155-foot custom Sunseeker Blush.

Over those years he worked across every Sunseeker site, handling structural fibreglass work, gelcoat, refits and complex rebuilds.

He was also sent overseas multiple times to carry out specialist repairs — from composite restorations to full rudder-tube rebuilds — wherever the yachts needed him.
